Ive been courier before for them standing in for bigdave on here as its his job - it would be fair to say Candywax themselves couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery and it normally comes back on the the couriers - when i did the NEC bus from Newcastle few weeks ago my ticket arrived 2 days later along with all the stuff the peeps on the bus are meant to get - i even got a letter off Boro council & police to say that they are not allowed to pick up at the stop they do so @ !
i remember that thread like its the only way i can get to crasher that nite tho theres only a few trains and there well expensive should i chance it????

Candywax are a pile of sh!te. Try UK Clublink or some other coach company instead. Either that, or try booking by rail. Virgin Trains or GNER are cheap enough if you book in advance. I'm off down to Birmingham next weekend and it's only costing me £20 return!!! Leeds last month for North was only £7.50 return!!!
candywax are shit but saying that i've never really had any problems. as mr revel says that's probably due to dave who somehow manages to get us there and back in one piece!
isn't dave just a big hero. as long as u don't get on at boro then u should be alright because candywax sometimes book the bus twice then have to pay for taxis
