Its strange because if people lisstend to Tiga's recent sets and production theyd find that 90% is pure techno?

Miss Kitten and the Hacker are the perfect example they had a lot of mainstream success about a year ago but stopped making ovbious records and went back to making and playing techno. As much as a enjoy soulwax etc i dont think as dj's they have as much longevity as people like Miss Kitten, The Hacker. You need to blend mainstream with the underground ala Erol.

i think tiga got stuck with the 80's tag after 'sunglasses at night' though i agree, he is pretty cool, likewise miss kittin

soulwax are cool, but you cant really see them being around forever, there sound will age quite badly i reckon

thats why the likes of felix da housecat will have to keep adapting, like erol.

seen her @ Cocoon in Ibiza, and Shine in Belfast. The Hacker played before her @ Shine. Screeching electro for the first 45 mins then banging techno, she's nowt to look @ but she's one hell of a DJ
