They're OK like. Was late paying the last bill and they rang me a couple of days before it was due to let me know so that I would avoid paying an extra £10. Most companies would not bother letting you know and just charge the extra!

i like them even more now...im working full time, but because there wasnt any room on the full time training course for me, they put me on the part time one, which means for the first 4 hours of everyday i have no training, so i just have to sit watching every1 work, doesnt sound too bad, but when you havnt got a clue what they are doing, or what they are saying, for 4 hours....its awful :(

so today i went in, dreading another 4 hour sit of total boredom, and after 30 mins of being there, the manager came over and said she wants to put me onto the full time course, which starts on tues, so i dont have to be sitting round, and asked if i wanted to just have a few days off then come back on tues, i need the ££ though and cant afford to do that, so i said id just stay on the part time course, so she went away for 5 mins, came back and said that shed pay me to have the time off, on full pay :D plus shes paying me for today too :D for sitting at home :D so ive got 4 days off on full pay, and ive only been there 2 days already :D :D :D

Well they gave us the wrong TV package for the first three months and charged us more than what the salesman told us and what was stated in our contract. Took another two months to get it sorted while they traced the salesman. Apparantly giving his name and the contract reference wasn't enough.

Everytime we called customer care we were passed around or someone promised to sort it, and never did. Ended up talking to call centres in four different parts of the country.

    Did finally get it sorted.

lol, i only think its wicked coz they pay me tbh....but from what ive seen they try to be pretty good....sounds like 02 though, ive been trying for a week to get my sim unblocked, keep getting given different numbers to ring, then eventually, i was getting given the same numbers as before...no1 seemed to know how to do it, so they were just passing me around, finally (after my 8th phone call) got through to some moron who couldnt even speak english never mind unblock a sim card.....and after that, i gave up...so now ive been without a phone for over a week, and no1 at 02 seems to know how to help me.....tossers...

Have you tried the O2 website? Go on help and search for "unblock" they will tell ur PUK num. Not sure if its jus for O2online or includes normal O2

when you ring up ask to speak to the manager of the person you are talking to everytime they try to pass you on to some1 else... say you haven't liked their attitude or something and you want to take the matter further...

basically be a dick, you may get called some names by them for it but it usually gets it sorted quickly for you.

i had to do that with the carphone warehouse cos i've been with them for 7 months now and nmot once has my bill been correct, they keep trying to charge me twice for all my calls/texts :(

ask for the correspondance address for the MD/head of complaints and the name of the person you are speaking to... that usually makes them a bit more helpful.
