    Cover letters = foggy head

Im trying to apply for a job.

I've got to email a cover letter and cv to the company, my cv i have and is all good, the cover letter is hurting my head.

This happens every time i try to write one. my head goes foggy, i get a head ache then i want to cry.

i can start them off ok, saying that ,

    Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing regarding job reference SA/LO/19447, the 14 day administrator position advertised on...

and i know that i have to put 'i am available for an interview at your convieneance and can be contacted by email at 'blablabla@ntlworld.com' or by fone at 07855000000. I hope to hear from you soon.' at the end, but what the hell comes in between...i have to sell mysef!

    the position requires:

-Great communication skills, since you’ll be liaising with a number of other departments

    - The ability to understand the needs and priorities of both internal and external customers

    - A high level of accuracy, which is essential when dealing with the termination of customer accounts

    - a knowledge of Microsoft word and excell.

I have all of these but i dont have to ability to put them into a letter!

    can ne1 help?!?!

Make each of those points into a paragraph and write about why you're perfect for the job.. experience, qualifications, skills, previous related jobs etc.

It sounds like a nightmare but once you get started it's not bad.. do a spider diagram if it helps.

Once you've got the basic frame of a letter it can be amended to apply to just about any job if you change the details you put in.

    Good luck!
