Dirty War Alright people ... Just finisehd watching this drama on BBC 1 . It was about the country being prepared for a DIRTY BOMB and what happens when it goes off etc.I found it really interesting but a little bit scary. There were nearly 1million people infected, it may take 30years for the part of London to be decontaminated. I think they have produced the programme well and thought it was a good watch.I dont normally watch TV but made a point of sitting down to watch this. Any of you lot watch it? If so what did you think of it? Did it scare you?
Yeah I watched it. Seen a few like it. Its pretty scary to think some nutter could just set off a bomb and wipe out loads a ppl, but these programme are always worse than reality. Do you think if we were really THAT unprepared the government would let a tv channel broadcast it?? And give suicide bombers the info they need? I dont, i could be wrong like I think its just a scare tactic
Was a good programme. I didn't think it was over the top or anything, and I do believe we are that unprepared, it's very worrying. I'm just glad it probably won't happen in Jarrow tbh! There is some very evil people out there, and imo it's only a matter of time before something like this occurs!
I watched it, thought it was excellent. It is pretty scary to be honest, because it could easily happen. Think of how much Joe Public doesn't know about such bomb attempts!
