    it was saying on watchdog 02 know there is a problem with the phones on 02 , they know they dont work but are still selling them anyway !!!

    aye if the network gets busy (new year is prime example) sumtimes gets overloaded and txts take a while to come thru

    It is really bad. Theres nothing I can do that, they are sending me a replacement fone and its the one I was going 2 get instead anyway, so I just have 2 wait and get on with it :( :angel:

    its the sofware in the 700I its not compatible with the 02 sim cards so it fucks up o2 have known this for a while yet seem to be still seliing them ???????????????

    k700i is a top notch phone with not many problems well on orange anyways also a phone is not part of ya contract it has a manufactures warranty thow are if you take up insurance then your phone will be coverd i recomend you always get phone insurance the ammount of calls ive taken because peple aint got it and then have to fork out for new replacement wich can be any thing to 300 quid depending on phone when you could have been paying a fiver a month ;)
    and get next day replacement

    while o2 may well be shit, the phone is also a piece of shite too. The battery life is shocking, it deletes numbers randomly, it adds numbers randomly :confused: it quite often crashes, and ive seen a number of them switch off when u try to answer a call. it is a decent phone otherwise but is it really worth it?

    The battery life is proper shocking, Ive got a spare battery that I take with me for when im leaving the house for more than 2 hours.

    i leave bluetooth on mine all the time and listen to mp3's on the way to and from work and the battery lasts about 3-4days ish....

    get the firmware update :up:

    Not true tho.

    Phone manufacturers release phones to the networks and the networks carry out tests to make sure they are ok on their network.

    If the phone is no good, it aint released on that network. If O2 had tested this particular phone well enough they would have noticed these problems.

    Network is to blame as well.

    take it to fone logistics in cramlington :)

    if its under a year old u can get it done free...covered under warranty.

    just ask em for latest software for the fone cos u are having problems with urs :up:
