Out in the sticks cool as fukk gang! :)
im not a very good sleeper on the whole, generally speaking i can get between 4-6 hours most nights, and every now and then i'll just crash out early from extreme tiredness to compensate... :chill: generally knocks me out but i find it's often a 'patchy' sleep, so doesnt solve all the problems.

i occasionally have nytol if i have had prolonged sleep issues, i went a few month with no 'real' sleep to speak of and that drove me to the edge of insanity, felt like i was gonna crack up.

i blame uni for screwing my sleeping patterns and i figured when i started workin i would adjust around them - but i aint, i just get up earlier :(

it's gradually getting better but this is like 9 months down the line now.

To help get to sleep try:

A brisk walk an hour or so before bedtime

Not spending time in your bedroom before you plan to go to sleep

Not snacking or having sugary/caffeiney drinks close to bedtime

If you're lying there and still can't sleep, wander off to the living room, chill out and watch tv for 15 mins before heading back to bed

Make sure you're not too hot or too cold

Try having a regular bedtime/waking-up time

    Breathing exercises can help

    Wanking

Try Kalms tablets, they are herbal pills which promote deeper sleep. Seem to work for me, you can buy them off the shelf.

Excercise and reading are very good.

PLenty of varied bedroom antics should tire you out big time, therefore a good nighst sleep.
