supposedly the facts are

the oil in ussr/russia is state owned, its has been well documented for years

now abramovich sold off the oil he aquired to people quite legitamatly but the fact being the oil he aquired wasnt his to aquire in the first place

so his money is technically illegally gained. Sooner or later the people will come after him and take all he has back, this is no doubt a formality.

the sales of the oil wasnt anythin illegal but it was the way he came about the oil, because it wasnt his to start off with

so sooner or later his money will be taken and chelsea will be fucked

so all we have to do is sit and wait

he gained the oil fields from borris yeltsen (sp?) from being part of his "cabinet" so to speak. there was a documentary on how his fortune was amassed the other week on bbc2. and they even looked in the books of it all, with everything being above water.

i personally think he's a breath of fresh air for the game of football in england.
