The scum of the region/uk do it again

Sunderland fans nothing to do with retarded rioting

Police have confirmed that Sunderland football fans were not involved in violent riots following the Tyne-Wear derby match on Sunday.
Fifty people were arrested when trouble flared in Newcastle following Sunderland's 3-2 defeat.

But the drink-fuelled trouble, which at its height involved 300 people, did not involve Sunderland fans.

Northumbria Police said that "well known" pasty eaters from Newcastle were responsible.

During the 12-hour period after the match a total of 50 people were arrested in the city centre in connection with violence, drunkenness and disorder offences.

   well done scummers you have done the city proud again!! you make it so easy to laff at you even in victory

There was what...30 arrests? About 300 'involved' at the peak of it?

Lets face it - loads of them wouldn't have been at the match for starters.

There were 52000 AT THE GAME and there was no trouble. There would have been thousands in town at pubs watching the game.

So there would have been over 60000 people in town, and many after the game also.

So for arguments sake, 60000 people with 300 tops involved in bother..... thats 0.5% (max) of the fans causing bother, 0.05% arrests...... so i think it's fair to say that it's a minority and hardly represents all geordie fans.

So the "normal folk" were celebrating, it's the arseholes intent on causing trouble, not the real fans.

It's always the minorities that ruin it. On this occasion, maybe the mackems wern't involved but that hardly makes them all model fans now does it!

I dont get the point of these dicks spoiling it though, just look at the English reputaion because of it..

    HERE HERE.....:) :)

because the seaburn casuals never cause any bother and there's never any arrests or trouble when sunderland fans are around!

    wise up!
