Most pre-packed sarnies are, they just pack them in the middle so that when cut in half it looks like your getting a good deal but you get no fillings at the edges

I go for the tuna! They aren't that bad. It's either that or the mexican chicken sandwich. Generally though, I tend to just buy the bread and make my own!

None in Jarrow then Getting lunch here is shit, the canteen is shit and the shops are shit (Apart from curry friend rice and chips every friday!)

The chinese place on the viking centre / jarrow is nice for lunchtime specials , curry n chips etc or they do a cracking fish chips n mushy peas !!!!

FFS, there is one in Jarrow on the left hand side of main entrance when u walk in, its in the viking centre, i forgot to mention that, was on the phone while typing it.
