I was quite shocked to find it was £13 for entry last nite. I cant remember reading anywhere on the site that it was gonna be more than normal. It never said anything on this months flyer either.

I too was shocked by the entry cost is this going to be a regular thing???

Isnt it that nights open till 4am will be £12/13/14, depending on DJ, and nights open till 3am will be £9/10.

Im sure thats what its always been for the last year...

hope it isnt cos im in alot of debt already! Why dont u just make it free? every1 would be happy then?!
DJ's should play for free anyway, cos they love what they're doin anyway.

£13 for timo maas and yves deruyter with a 4am finish sounds very fair to me, it was common sense that had timo played we'd of paid £13 , but Seaman isn't a small name dj nor is yves - plus the club was open till 4am - this all adds up.

it adds up and the total is still fucking expensive.

I hate to advertise other clubs, but the much-hated Gatecrasher charge £12.50 with NUS (£15 without) and they're on until 6. With 3/4 world class DJs not two.

PS. How long is Taucher on on Friday?

I mean last few times ive been to non 'special' events...its been £10....and says £8 members/nus & £9 others on website

£15 in... very similar line-up and hours to promise... but more expensive, I know you ahve to pay for the name as well... but if we want the club open till 4am we have to pay for that...

I do think £13 is a tad expensive, but your all making such a big fuss about so little money.... £4 more aint going to bankrupt you.

So why don't you complain when you go to other clubs and pay over £10?

I can't think of many decent clubs which you can get into for less than a tenner... promise is one of the few that do this... as soon as the prices are raised on one off events everyone complains... I agreed that £13 is a bit on the pricey side... but you then go onto say it was your best night ever at promise... so was it not worth it?

If you want cheap drinks, cheap entrance and cheap dj's baja's is just down the road.
