Amazon anyone had any bother with missing orders from these? not the market place, direct from amazon? i ordered a CD back which was dispatched on the 28th december and was supposed to arrive on the 5th January. Going to give them a call tomorrow and find out what the crack is, just wondering if anyone else has had any problems? chow
ive never had any problems, i order things at least twice month, bearing in mind we are in the middle of the BIG FREEZE give it a few days, am sure it will turn..

cds should come royal mail but bigget stuff comes home delivery network (shite) dont worry amazon and play will cover stuff like cds etc lost in the post the royal mail is shite i stop selling on ebay years back cos i was losing 3 outta 10 packages sent. redic!
I ordered a book on monday direct from them and it came yesterday. I am however still waiting on stuff from HMV bought online on something like the 23rd that still haven't turned up. I'm giving them until Saturday then ringing to complain. The status has changed yesterday to say fully shipped which is strange i had the emails to say they had been dispatched inbetween xmas & new year.
ahhh im not alone then....i might give it a day or two due to the weather it was dispatched on the 28th and sent first class so i guess im just being impatient. grrrr

Our local posties aren't delivering and the local sorting office is closed due to the snow. It's possible your parcel is stuck in the system somewhere.
I used DHL to send stuff from England to Luxembourg the other week. Tracking it online, it took 8 days from pick-up in Newcastle to get to the distribution centre in London. Compared to normally only taking 2-3 days to get to all the way to Luxembourg.
was it second class? i'd guess it'll arrive but probably later than it should have due to the apparent 'chaos' caused by the snow.
first class, not here today either. if it dosent come tomorrow morning im gonna ring them up and find out whats going on as it was supposed to be here monday!
