Any Free Software To Speed Up PC?

    Any Free Software To Speed Up PC?

    My computer is horrendously slow. So i tried downloading something called RegCure to make it speed up. It said it was free.

    It did the scan and found 1072 errors, but when i went to fix them it said i had to buy the full version.

    Is there anything available that can fix the erros for free?
