I thought friday was wicked. Didn't think it was that hot but then again i was pouring about a bottle of water down my back every half hour.

Music was great. People were great all the dirt and sweat are just a part of a great night out.

oh no dont be feelin like that i know its not up to me to be saying all this but everyone really did have a mint mint nite on friday i just think that some of the regulars who are used to the usual trancey sound in promise got a bit of a shock hearing picottos hard as fuck techno when they're not used to hearing stuff like that there(oops sorry if that didnt make much sense) it did seem a little bit different in there cos it was busy as fuck but thats whats to be expected with it bin the birthday. everyone did have a really really good nite the only bad things that anyones said is that mebbes they werent too keen on mr picotto n also that it was too hot but most people really did have a fantastic nite so dont let all that get you down cos it was dead dead good it really was xxxx

Well I had a fantastic time. Don't usually last that long but managed to stay until about 5.45, so it must have been good! A bit hot perhaps, but that's only to be expected when it is so full.

i think it was hot and busy....but the last hour of the night was amazing. for me it was what promise is all about. lots of familiar faces (all smiling), great atmosphere, and how fooking good was matt!!!

Mark! dont stress! I had a wicked time! it was one of the best nights i have ever had and i thought it was a success!
Friday night totally proved how far promise has come and the line up was superb, i brought along a couple of my mates who had never been and they love it and say they will definately be back! The line up was one of the best i had seen, my favourite dj is mauro picotto, so having him on was just brilliant.
Dont worry about the silly minority that have came on the board and had a go at different things about promise, most of them aint got a fukkin clue!
It was true what u said about the last half hour of picottos set, everyone was having a right good time and totally going for it! They are probably to comedowny and hungover to say a decent thing about anything so just ignore them!
You know we all love promise, coz we keep coming back for more and more every week, even some ppl have been known to spend their rent money so that they can come out to promise on friday- you obviously have a good thing going here, dont let people who may not like picotto's style, or may not have even been on friday drag it down! Promise 4eva is mint as ever!!!!!!!!

totally agree, there was a group of us at the front all holding hands at the end, the atmospere was unreal!!!! we tried to do our big hug but sum how it didnt work!!!

Top night overall, yeah it was busy and yeah it was hot... but what the fuck did people expect...

I had a class night i dont normally like it when its too busy but that night was excellent... corvin got the place jumping, Picotto kept me on the dancefloor, and then matt came on when my legs had given up on me and made me stay till the death.

I loved it everyone else i was with loved it, poeple who had bad night was unlucky for them but it wasnt promises fault, the whole night in my view went spot on..well apart from Picotto blowing up some of the speakers

Mark.. you put on one of the best night's I've seen at Promise in ages - I guess when Mr Picotto hit me with his blend of techno my head was a bit too battered from the heat in there to fully appreciate it.. his sets in the past have had me flying, especially at one certain Glasgow club where he is regarded as a legend

Corven had the place rocking and absolutely loved his set, and Matt Hardwick's set lifted me right up before 2 days of partying took their toll on me.
Don't take offence to some of the things that were said, in part it is constructive criticism to point out how to make it better next time Friday was in no way a failiure, I got to meet some really good people from this board and enjoy their company - in the end when i look back on it I really enjoyed the night - long live Promise

All i can say is thanks for 2 great years of promise. Although friday was a bit too hot and full etc, i still had a realy good time!
