Clubbed Up Radio - Tonight @ 8pm with King Unique & Agoria Thats right folks we have a bit of a biggy this week with two massive names on the show for your aural pleasure. Our guests of the week,King Unique need no introduction but for those of you not so familiar with the name here's a quick run down of what they're about. Over the last five years their records have been championed by everyone from Sasha to Soulwax, Danny Howells to Tiesto, and Pete Tong to Zane Lowe. Their music has turned up everywhere from Hollywood soundtracks to mobile ringtones, not to mention countless compilations and mix albums. Their decks’n’fx DJ sets have made them regulars in some of the world’s most respected clubs and biggest festivals also so make sure you do not miss this!!! CD of the week comes from French electroist, Agoria. Agoria is known for his noisy, eclectic take on dance music, as demonstrated on his big singles 'Les Beaux Jours' and ‘Stereolove’ as well as last year's longplayer 'The Green Armchair'. As a DJ, Agoria is inclined to throw a few curveballs into his mixes: his debut mix CD 'Cute & Cult' dropped Iggy Pop's 'Nightclubbing' halfway through, while his 2CD 'At the Controls' mix features tracks by fifties electronic whiz Raymond Scott and goth rockers Bauhaus amid more up-to-the-minute techno and house selections.
