Competency Based Questions

    Hey guys - busy completing application forms, and regardless of what actions I would take in these circumstances, does anyone know what the 'CORRECT' answers should be to the following...

    1 = strongly agree
    2 = agree
    3 = unsure
    4 = disagree
    5 = strongly disagree

    1/ The customer is always right
    2/ Involving other colleagues in solving a problem just slows things down
    3/ When dealing with a difficult customer who will not accept the solution given to them, the most appropriate action would be to pass to a Manager

    They seem pretty straight forward but want to double check first, eg, I would opt for...

    1/ 1
    2/ 5
    3/ 1

    They're all relative but I'd answer the same. I'd much prefer to be given specific scenarios or even have a chance to explain my answers.
