D+B clubs? I was just wondering if any1 likes drum n bass? does any1 know of any good d+b clubs in newcastle and/or leeds? its just i quite like it and wanna go to a d+b club, just 4 a bit of variation u know.
erm, theres one at newcastle uni stoodents union called Turbulance, thats once a month and has had people like groovrider and roni size in the past few months. its meant to b really good. other than that, sorry, thats bout it cos it aint really my ting!
Theres Reverb on friday!! but check coz it may be breaky! Traveller on Fridays but check also coz that may be breaky!! and Bar nice fortnightly mondays plays some DnB!!! spossed to be good!!!
Traveller plays a fair bit of D+B, along with breaks.... Reverb have just had a month of pure D+B nights, and might continue with the D+B instead of techno Turbulance is good, loads of mental D+B ppl...jumping around....i look a right twat trying to dance to it....I NEED 44 BEATS!!!!!!!!
cheers guys. me n my mates went to leeds tonite to go to club phono in merrion centre, we saw a flyer sayin it was d+b on fri nites but when we got there it was different! HH was on which i really love, but it was supposed to b a d+b nite tonite, nevermind eh!
Leeds has a better D+B scene but Newcastle has some real quality nights. Think Reverb is re-naming itself as Frequency and doing just D+B while Traveller get a real mixed bag enything from House to Tecno, Breaks to D+B. Bukem and Conrad on their Birthday last week was fantastic
