:wtf: is going on with the petrol prices atm???! Its shot up from 75.7 to 78.9??? In like 3 days :evil: I thought it was meant to be going down ffs??? Now means its gona be like £40 to fill my car!

Is this cos of the shit in Iraq or something?? Or has the govenment just got bit greedy for a change??? Can someone enilighten me to wtf the crack is??!!!!!!!!!!

What happened to all this oil we were going to take from Iraq?

it's a right rip - when prices are reduced it takes ages cause the petrol companies say "it takes time to work thru the old stock of more expensive petrol to the cheaper stuff" first in first out and all that. which is fair enough. Yet, when prices increases come in - Bang - straight away prices go up - in theory they should say "well, we'll sell the cheaper stuff first till we get to the more expensive stuff".
