    Armin was fantastic........ He's like a mini-PVD

Tell Me Why - Vandit Mix :) !!!

The rest of the DJ's I have to say......where as expected. A BIT WANK!!!

Even Ferry Corsten was unusually shit.

And John Kelly..............Fire Wire, The Second Trip and *ahem* Sweet Dreams.......what was this a retro night???

Jules was the second best set of the night IMO......nice and hard but where does he find these terribly cheesy vocal tunes from that he likes to throw in.

All in all a decent night for £30 tho, and I will go back........IF they get some decent DJ's on.

listen techno wots the point in slagging DJ's off ferry corsten was not shit, do u think he wud b up there if he was shit! his mixing was spot on as always!!!steve got his picture took with him!!!

John kelly was wicked as well got a class picture of him, n then he turned round and took one of me n all the technoorgasm lads!!!
got a brill picture of the judge aswell, we were sitting on the right hand side of the stage and thats where all the dj's were comeing and going from!!!
this was my 1st big event and it was outstanding apart from steve with real bad food poisining:( (bless him he is in bed)
JFK started my weekend jumping and it ended exactly the same!!!

fair enough firewire was pretty shit but other than that i thought ferry + john kelly were excellent. you need to expect djs to play a different style of set at big events to smaller clubs as they tend to play more 'to the masses'. but i thought ferry rocked (out of the blue is still awesome!!) & the second trip gets better + better every time i hear it!!

totally agree with u!! ferry was wicked, and the second trip is class, i thought it was the pufect tune!!!!
  11. Guest

Well maybe saying Ferry was "Shit" was a bit harsh........but he was defo not up2 standards!

Have to say that was one of my bestest nites eva!!! Even though the layout was kinda poo and i had to keep running between the rooms cos there were soooo many good dj's!!

The Judges set was absolutly wicked and it put to rest any doubts i had that he was loosing it!!! He's still as good as he was when i first saw him if not better:p

Messy i did see that guy and it was nice too see he tried:D :D Have to say i prefered the guy in the tiger outfit with about 5 backpacks on, carryin a lego box. Everytime i saw him i had a wee giggle:D :D :D

Liljem i did try and find u but the room was sooo big... Bit harder to find peeps than Promise:p But i will hold u to that lollipop offer:p

Well, I recorded Ferry's set and have now had a listen. I am of the same opinion now as I was when I was listening to it live....I reckon he played some very average tunes and wasn't really uplifting, I saw him at Code just before christmas and he was the same then.
Thought it was a bit naughty of Tall Paul to play Punk near the end of his set....bearing in mind that it's Ferry's tune and he was gonna be playing it.
For me, the set of the night also goes to Armin, missed Signum cos I was in that bloody queue for an hour.

Thought it was a bit poor myself. Only remember John Kelly and then it was time to leave. Missed Kerry James, gutted. Bit of an expensive evening, considering I can't remember much of it.
