if youre making a claim do you have to have photos of the place where it happened??

or if its against a big company such as nufc is there even any point??

i dont think you can sue nufc as you make the choice to walk into sid james park and take the weekly punishment

im gonna bring a case against SAFC for making me depressed because of the state the team is in

unless you have decent evidence of any 'wrong-doing' that can prove its not your fault, photos, eye-witnesses, video recordings...there is no point

The floor was dead wet and they didnt have any wet floor signs so i fell over and have broken my elbow. the first aiders wouldnt give me pain relief cos id had 3 drinks but wheni went to the hospital they said they were talking bullshit so id waited for the alcohol to wear off in agony all afternoon for no reason

when i was in the hospital there was an asian guy who had fallen over, he got told there was nothing at all wrong with him then he got ahngry and got something out of his pocket and out falls claims directs number

does anyone know how i would go about making a complaint or anything then, or who is best to contact?? im a bit dubious about phoning one of these have you had an accident or injury that wasnt your fault

i was watching what i was doing, i was just walking to the toilet, i wasnt walking fast, i wasnt pissed, i wasnt wearing high heels or stupid shoes. i now have a broken elbow and am having to stay off work and not getting paid, i cant drive, i cant even fasten my jeans. its hardly my own fault

surely you have a case against them for having an unmarked slippery surface indoors leading to you having an accident.

i'm sorry but if you fall over, its your own fucking fault. observation is the key to walking without falling.

And also if your not getting paid for being off you should, take your work to court because its law to pay your employees if your ill.

when a floor is wet and slippy there is only so much care you can take when walking on it, i was obviously being careful, its not like i wanted to fall over. normally when the floor is wet there they put cardboard n stuff down so its not as slippy.

plus the first aiders there gave me false infirmation.

and im self employed so it isnt illegal for me not to get paid, only thing im entitled to is ssp

are for real? not every job will pay sick leave especially if you haven't been there long or you're on a temporary contract.

yeah people who sue for any little thing are abusing the system, but its there because negligence on the part of a business can cost people money through no fault of their own.
