Interviews I was just wondering if anyone else has had any strange interviews in the past cause last night i went to a group interview. It all started of normally introducing ourselves and a general chat about the business. Then they made us all stand on an island made of newspaper then proceeded to remove the outside pieces so we all had to move closer then when we were all fondeling each other they let us off. We then were split into groups and had 20mins to prepare before we had to act out an episode of ER. Needless to say i got the job but WTF? Is this just a one of or does it happen a lot?
You had to do all that for a bar job? Sounds a bit odd. I guess the standing on the newspaper thing was to see how comfortable you are in close quarters to other people, as it can get a bit cosy behind a busy bar!
