is there any way i ca get my itunes library from my ipod to my laptop?

cos i had to formaqt my Hd so lost my itunes on my comp... but still have it on my ipod.

any way to get it onto my comp? i know if you jus plug it in then it erases everything on your ipod, found that out the hard way

Urh ok I have a programme that does it for me Mac, but you I found it here http://www.ipodlounge.com/ so I'm sure there is a PC version in the downloads section...
