Contract has 18 months left it is agent driven story imo. There have been a few floating about atm regarding Barton.
Article is full of shite. There's no way we would sell Barton, and apparently we have already rejected a bid from west ham for that price.
I'd say he's arguably been our best player this term so far, if we're looking to trim wages Alan Smith is a better player to offload as he is on a similar wage.
