well, i think nobody can dis the bloke, i have massive respect for him to be honest.... people dont like him either cos of his music style, or his looks - ie glasses and clothing. But thats personal preference. He is being different. Being himself. What is wrong with that.

But, you have to repsect the man, hes been there done it, got the t shirt and used to do exactly what we fellow dj's are wanting now - to dj, put on our own parties, clubnights etc.
Hes also very intelligent and successful to go with it......hes a lucky sod!!! with a gorgeous wife too.


Personally he has everything.. perfect job, wife etc.

And anyone who does dis him is just jealous in my eyes.
Im not gonna argue though....cos then thats just me being an ar*ey cun* . Oh and to carry the tag of being a gay icon...... that has to be respected...cos id bloody hate that!!!!

Personally I think Judge Jules used to be wikkid, he used to play wikkid tunes and create a wikkid atmosphere... then he started working for radio1 - his choice of tunes changed... he started to play for the masses.... the masses tend to like a different music to clubland... they go for the more cheesey memorable songs.... Jules plays a lot fo these... not only this but jules blatantly follows whatever style music he feels is in fashion... could u imagine seb fontaine playing hard acid house if became fashionable? I couldn't... but I could imagine julesy coining it.

Like Fizz says you have to take your hat off to the guy he's achieved a shit load.

But as far as a dj - he isn't my stile.... and as far as a person he's an obnoxious cunt.

Me finks callin him a cunt is a bit harsh, I still have loadsa respect for him, even though his music taste have moved off what I like. When I first got into Trance and all that, he was there, and he was the first big DJ I ever saw in 1999, and Ive been right into his music up till recently! When he played at Foundation, I thought he was the dog bollox, and his sets of funky hardish house, and uplifting trance always did it for me!!

Sorry to dissapoint, but the man is a stuck-up bastard he didnt have the time of day for anyone when i met him @ the radio 1 dance show, which considering i wos with one of his close personal friends seems a little weird. As for his music operation blade need i say more!
