Sounds like he's on a PR mission to curry favour with the rest of London by 'sticking it to the man' ...... If he really was whiter than white i could almost feel like it was genuine, but it just feels like more popular spin. .... I'd prefer it if he was spending his time sorting out the shambles that is public transport and the congestion zone / traffic mess. Kids and old people get free transport now ....... grr!
