ever feel like you've damaged yourself permanently???
took me over 30 seconds today to remember how to spell my name. granted it was my full name which i havn't used for months but surely the spelling of your own name shouldn't be that difficult for you to figure out?

I had sat opposite the same girl at work for about a year. One day when I wanted to get her attention, I couldn't for the life of me remember her name! I just sat there looking at her, looking really vacant! Most embarassing.

I know! Happens to me everytime I go out, except usually I don't even recognise people! One bloke I had spoken to the week before came up to me and said I was really ignorant for not talking to him, so I just said it was that I am stupid, not ignorant!

usually i end up staring at people for ages trying to remember if i've met them or not before.. usually doesn't help and then later on i bump into them again, and turns out i did know them!!

i dont suggest the name on the bit of paper thing, coz i usually 4get where ive put the paper, name in underwear always works best 4 me. unless ure at sum1 elses house n u just randomly pick up an item of underwaer n put it on, then the lady at the bank goes "and you are" *twidles with knickers 4 a bit* "erm, rozza-jayne it says here!"
