    New Albums/Bands Worth Noting?

Been away for 3 months and have no new music on my ipod anymore, any decent new albums out recently?

Editors new one as good as the first? Interpol? etc etc?

The Kate Nash and Common albums are pretty good but their not really bands.

Interpols is meant to be canny like.

Pigeon Detectives? Not reallly a fan but my mates reckon theyre good.

Kings of Leon and The Enemy are also worth a go i would think.

And The Lancashire Hotpots. My new favourite band.

I was the same with the Enemy's album, it has grown on me though.

    Love the Pigeon Detectives too.

Haven't heard much else decent recently.

    Pigeon detectives are fucking shit.

    Goodbooks
    Kubichek
    Good Shoes
    Justice
    Cold War Kids
    The Shins
    The Maccabees
    Jamie T

All of their albums are worth getting.

Reverend and the Makers haven't released their album yet.

 been waiting for the Maccabees one for ages, not too keen on the Shins, dunno why but just can't stand the lead singers voice. Will check out the rest though expcept Jamie T...another annoying as f**k voice.

Goodbook's album is fucking brilliant mate.

Maccabees album came out a while back too.

Also, the latest Rakes album is pretty good too, as is the new Editors album.

Also, there's the new Black Rebel Motorcycle Club album.

The Pigeon Detectives are utter wank, just another run of the mill chord bashing pop band.

It's a good album Si, called Robbers and Cowards.

Justice album is good in parts, but no means a classic.

    Digitalism's on the other hand..

Yeah, suspicious eyes is by far and away the best track on the album.

I've heard bits of it, I'm not the world's biggest fan of Interpol, although Antics was good. What I've heard of the new album was good though.

Interpol's new album is class

Had cold war kids' album for a while, and saw them a few weeks ago. Not the biggest fan in the world, but they're alright.

Really like these albums from the last few month:

    Air Traffic - Fractured Life
4Hero - Play With The Changes
    !!! - Myth Takes
Rufus Wainwright - Release The Stars
    Polyphonic Spree - Fragile Army
    Xavier Rudd - White Moth

Looking forward to The Whip album, the Good Shoes/Books albums are err, good..

Cold War Kids are a bit theatrical and 'Semisonic' for my liking if the two go together..

Track so far though is Feist - My Moon My Man...
