How difficult is it to ask a question to these people and actually get a proper answer? They always take the time to reply sarcastically! When they could've just told me in a line or two what I was looking for!

Foreign students
Now I've no problem with them personally, but my problem is that I've twice done group work where I was the only English person and I'm also in a seminar class this year with 7 french people and a Norwegian tutor. I'm the only English person in the class! The group work past was a nightmare because they were all Chinese and could barely speak a word of English, so everything took ten times as long and I end up doing all the work. UNN need to stop filling their pockets with the huge fees these students pay. If I wanted to be the only English person in the class I'd of went to Uni abroad!

rabbish, through my uni life ive had shit jobs and no money. my loan doesnt even cover my rent and my parents cant afford to bail me out all the time.

although the sleep-ins are great :laugh:

i once got burdened with a group that was all chinese except me

they could bearly talk english, and made no effort to, and just sat drawing stupid pictures and talking chinese all the time and doing sod all work.

I hate it when you get put into groups like, i like to work with people that I know and that I can actually talk to and work with and who I know will do the work!

I had to do a ridiculous 7 hours work yesterday

i know i did nine hours yesterday

I mean, 7 hours uni work, thats the first work I've done since January

i do nine every day

i worked till 11 at night, with only an hour pub break.
