after the telewest i had paranoia to the point where i had to go lock myself in a room on my own for a few hours.. was a horrendous experience
i actually think i did more damage to myself being alone, and letting my mind wander.. but i felt safer

erm yes I looked a lot like that at crasher on saturday. ha ha i was well paranoid like but thanks to the funky1 and marissa for making me feel better!!

cant be too healthy can it? damn, theres nowt you can do about paranoia though. maybe if you sucked a sponge?? i used to do that when i was little, and was frightened of the monsters under my bed. yeah, thats right, my name isloopyloosy.

i used to have card which was a 'escape paranoia' card. had a pic of lush looking place and words like, 'were all friends', 'everyone loves u', so if anyone was on a para u gave them the card so they would better. Dont know if it worked, a si managed to lose it before i got to use it....

by 9.30am i couldnt see colour so i probably cant remember u!!!loop x

they are some vlanks in my memory like, anyways i will say hello if i see u in promise.

i used to have a card too, it was out of mix mag. it said "take your mind away to a place of gentle beauty. that worked. it had a lush pic of a garden with lush trees in it. aww.

thats the one, was it out of mixmag, i'll have to try and get another copy so i can keep it in my wallet for emergencys

it scares me how everything can be sooo soo twisted.. and that u can and do actually believe that friends you know and trust soo much (since primary school in my case) are plotting against u. paranoia scares the hell out of me..

i was once so strung out with paranoia i at two tennis balls without even realising they werent pringles. hmph.

i went to som's once after crasher and was that para i sat there for 6 hours and never moved once (that's a well long time) my ass was well sore by the end of it lol

eeew god i must be the worst when it comes to paranoia i fucking hate it i dont realise im bin paraniod most of the time when i am, its the one reason i regret doin naughty things over the past few years cos they've made me constantly think the whole world is against me n that people dont like me n stuff well at least im hoping that thats my paranoia n not true life......... oh no!!

when im paranoid i dont realise it either until its kinda goin but paranoia is deffo the worst fing ever! can proper kill a weekend! the worst place ever to get paranoia in is SSnorf too....not nice at all
