Phone bother!!! ....n lots of it! Ive got a contrct phone on 3. i got it 3months ago n there was a offer on sayin i would get 750 any-net anytime mins a month and unlimited texts, for the first 3months. All for £35, After that i wouldnt get the texts anymore. But they told me i could change over after the 3rd month to a different tariff, which would cost the same (£35), where i would get 75mins anytime any-net and 750 free texts. I thought right sounds good 2 me so i got it. Im now in my 3rd month so i rang 3 2day n said want 2 change my tariff over, only 2 be told that they r NOT offering that option anymore! So i said well i phoned up before i got it 2 make sure i could! Anyway this stupid arse at 3 just kept tellin me i couldnt have that. Then he had the cheek 2 say if u want the texts you'll have 2 buy the bunddles that r a rip off! So im not a happy bunny! :evil: :argue2: N on top of that my phone itself hasnt been playin up n its my second one cause the first one was faulty! My advice dont use 3!!!
Ask to speak to a supervisor. Sounds like you are in the right. Threaten to complain to a relevant body, such as Oftel. That should sort it out if you are in the right.
