RAM upgrade... I'm thinking of upgrading my PC to 2 gb ram from 512mb, before I do, is this gonna be futureproof for the foreseeable? or are we expecting some new revoloution in memory anytime soon?
As far as I'm aware there are no major innovations coming through.. Plus majority of mb's can only take 4GB max so I'd just go for it..
nice one, I need it for rendering architectural graphics models, to give you an impression, 6 km2 of land needs drawing up to a pretty high level of detail.. will the graphics card need to be shit hot to cope with it?
