Recording Steam of Red Hot Chilli Peppers at Hyde Park??

I ve got Total Recorder to try and record the Red Hot Chillis gig at Hyde Park, from the stream at radio 1

but it starts recording fine, but after about a min or 2, the levels all max out, so the sound distorts massively...

Does anyone know why this might happen? and does anyone know a) how to sort it out, or b) where i can download it from? c)A better program for recording it?

I recorded it to cd from digital radio.

They only broadcast 1 hour mind.
