Richard T Played a blinder ! Gotta be said, Richard's sets last night we absolutely amazing! All credit to Kerry, some great tunes, one or two bordering on the Hard house side - eek! But there was quite a few cock-ups. Think we should start the petition here and now - Richard Tulip 6 hour set ...... and stuff all these wingy, overpaid, lazy DJs with poor excuses for not turning up !
Hard house and hard trance... she was wicked..... i have much respect for her being a female Dj and all... shes pretty cool...wounder if she can "scratch"....that would be something...Richard set was also a good finish to the night... Kerry james and Richard tulip are good together there sets blended in dead well i thought...not that i know much on that scene but im just a daft charva thinkin ohhhh..sorry... Ikon i'd rather listen to galaxy on a week day..and defo go to promise on a friday night and join my cyber friends...
blindin last night was awesome.....fair enough a few mistakes, but it was her first time at promise....but the tunes were some of the best around, thanks 4 the great nite!

Had a pretty good night last night. Pleasantly suprised at Kerrys set though it was a bit bit too bordering on the hard house side of things for my poor head. I ended up spending about 45 mins in the Always room and thought it was class. I only ever go in there to chill out and cabbage on a seat. But after having my head pounded last night i went in there to do just that and after 5 mins found myself up and dancing away. Think i came back in for Richards set and thought it was pretty damm good. Also was Marco V Indicator played by anyone last night? I seem to have a vague memory of it but now im thinkin that i probably remember it from playing it myself before i went out.
Richard was fukkin class! I really really really wanted him to play Distrexx- Megahertz but his set got a bit more trancy so thought he probably wouldnt, so i was a bit gutted.............. BUT! then he played DING A LING!!!!!!!!

All I have 2 say (although I wasnt there) is well done 2 Kerry! My Monkey... If she did make a few cock-ups, so what! She was obviouisly asked to do it as a last minute thing and as for bordering on hard house... well done to her! Shes not a trance DJ really is she! I think we could put the 'cock-ups' down to nerves though! think about it... Its Promise, Newcastles biggest night for a start and it is also the place where she chooses 2 go clubbing herself. WELL DONE KERRY, I SAY!
