Sasha Will sasha ever play at promise again? i know promise is moving away from that style of music but when sasha did play they the club was full. Despite not being a prog fan i still thought sasha was outstanding and would go to see him agin at promise. What does everyone else think of sasha???
he must be on a serious amount of money like, you're probably right even with a full club sasha still works out expensive!
think wud b good, i bet hes kwality in a small venue, ther'd b much more feeling and stuff in his music cos ther'd b a more enclosed atmosphere and stuff.
Well that says to me he's probs gonna be on again!!! How good is it that the promoters reply directly to us...do what we ask...get who we want....GOD I FOOKIN LOVE THIS CLUB!!!! How many other peeps up and down the country can say this.....NONE!!!! Not long ago I said GC was still my fave club.....no more!!!!

this little quote has been driving me mad! i would love to see sasha again coz i just didn't appreciate it last time. the argument you guys ahve used in the past is that prog wasn't pulling the punters but you know for a fact if sasha was booked the place would be rammed! therefore i say: DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! then you really would be catering for all! you could do a deal with the trancey HH fans by having eddie haliwell warm up or something!!! now that would raise a few eye brows!
it would deffo be different seeing eddie hailwell warmup for sasha. personally i prefer hailwell but would still love to see sasha back at promise, like nick says sasha does fill the club so do it do it.
the problem is tho, that even if they sell tickets 4 a nite wen sasha is on and all 1350(or woteva the official capacity is) are sold it would probably still work out expensive. itd b good 2 hav him tho.
oh i no mate, id quite like 2 c sasha in promise but im just not sure if he'd b worth bookin today with hi OTT prices. we could have him for 15 mins maybe??
yeah, but in a business sense you can't just look at this one night in general. having people like sasha there raises the profile of the club, it attracts a wide crowd and makes people aware of the club, although there aren't enough 'real' prog fans in the NE, there are a fair few and if you can cater for them and trancey fans, you are going to fill your club. believe me, if you want my opinion, although many people think that if sasha was booked it would be a step backwards for the club, i would strongly disagree. ok, sasha may have a large fee (i mean, i heard rumours he charged promise £4000 last year!!!) but it shouldn't be looked at as just that night, it will be beneficial to the club inthe future. thats what i'm saying. so once again i reiterate: DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT!
