A 12 month good behaviour bond?? Does this mean she got this moeny for committing the offence and only has to give it back if she reoffends?!?!
Means if she gets reoffends within the alotted time she has to pay that fee along with anything else she is charged with. Basically she got off rather lightly.
A bond is something she would pay to the court and will only get back after the year if she hasn't re-offended.
