Went out as a late substitute on a work do at 1230pm today. It finished around 630ish. I was probs no more than 200m from my flat. Walked home, passed out, and just woke up. I was MORTAL!

Dont think il sleep for ages now!

ive been averaging about 4-5 hrs a night for the last ten days, and spun/mylo didnt help

then deep dish tonight will make it worse, the phrase burned out never seemed so appropriate

i sleep with my cuddly bear so i can sleep like a baby!

i hate sleep deprivation... can normally survive on 4 hours sleep.. anywhere inbetween that and 8 hours and im all over the place.. managed to do a month and a half solidy of 4 hours a night when i was doing my dissertation, all nighters where a lonely place!

never really got the whole goin out geing trashed an staying up all night thing though, took me a while to realise the fact i felt like a rhino had shat on my head, had more to do with not sleeping than the drugs themselves...

4 hours sleep!!!! thats inhuman any less than 8 an im fucked!!!!!

like i go to sleep about midnight most nights and get up about 8/9 the next day... you could say its almost pattern like

continental shifts fuck me up...i always get atleast 4 hours tho...4-6 is enough aslong as i eat ok...after a session on the drink or substances i need 8-10 tho or i feel like warmed up dog cack

I hate it when I have a bad sleep, it takes me a week to recover
