Well theyve published it !

You are no unabel to smoke in any public venue which serves food and only in venues with designated smoking areas may you light up !

If you caught sparking up outside of the quarentined area its an on the spof fiddy quid fine !

Now i smoke and i welcome the ban but why tease us why not just go the hole hogg and ban it in all public places . Seems to me like the government have bottled it !

Nothing to do with the loss in tobacco taxes they would suffer one must presume !

Your thoughts ?

a full ban would be very hard to impose, so perhaps this is the first step towards a full ban?
Lets hope so anyway.

They should ban it in nightclubs- its the only way I would stop!!

don't think it'll make much difference, most restaurants and pubs already have segregated seating areas, they've basically just enforced what food pubs and diners already do and have been doing for years. fucking pussies!!
