Smurf on Essential Bounce Radio - 23/6/08 SMURF ON ESSENTIAL BOUNCE RADIO - MONDAY JUNE 23RD Essential Bounce is one of the North East of England’ most popular 'rave' websites, mainly catering for the happy side of dance - Scouse House, Makina etc. I've been asked many times to play on the radio and I eventually have time ! For nearly 10 years the North East hard dance scene has been dominated by makina & scouse house. Now that Judgement Day coming back home to Newcastle on a regular basis it's time for the younger generation to open there minds to new sounds. Most of the members and listeners haven't heard gabber or just think it is a lot of noise and this is my chance to prove them wrong. So on Monday I will be doing a 60 minute 'commercial/mainstream' newstyle gabber mix, so expect a lot of big melody's and singy-type tracks.
