spyware killers etc.....?????? im alright with computers but i keep gettin pop ups about spyware on my comp. does anyone know where i can get a spyware killer for free???? just im skint and dont fancy forking out for one! many thanks if u can help me with this. i cant even read my emails.
1) make sure you've got all your patches for XP. 2) Download Webroot Spy Sweeper OR Spybot OR AD Aware. Get the most recent updates for them then run them. If you've got any music file sharing apps. (which most people have) it's these and illegitimate copies/hacked versions and sharware that are full of spy software. As well as dodgy sites.
