ooooooo im dead chuffed some1's asking all these q's bout sugarshack cos its like my 2nd home well it was b4 i moved 2 newcastle. the promoters:- the actual promoter is ashley who is sound as fuck i've spoke 2 him quite a few times and he seems to hav a lot of respect for the cluubers there hes lovely.the owners:-barry faulkener who owns the club hes sound as well but its a shame i cant say the same bout barry juniour. hes been ok lately with people but b4 he used 2 b proper evil and hav a go at the crasher kids at the end of the nite on the mic and confiscate glowsticks etc. i think he resented the fact that the club was suagrshack and it should hav its own dress code rather than trying 2 b like another club.that was quite a bit ago mind so i dunno what hes like now. god i'm writing a bit of any essay here arent i but its my fav topic ov convo.sugatrshacks gonna b nine next september i've bin goin since 99 so i only no what its bin like since then but i know oakey has a major loyalty to the club theres loads of interviews with him where hes bigging up the shack and b4 the summer when he hadn't played in england 4 ages he only came back 4 5 dates and sugarshack was one of them.also in the back of his n.y global underground he says thanx to ashley and barry adn the empire yey!!!. dunno bout the likes of carl cox but i know that on average we get most of the main djs bout 4 or 5 times a year god i'm sorry i think its time 4 me 2 shut up now isnt it but pls if you've got anymore q's feel free to ask cos i love talking bout it.sorry if i've done u'r head in byeee hav u bin there b4 by the way??
me used to go cyber in the empire and never got any hassle at all...sugarshack has no dress code anyway....u musta seen some of the clips in there...hehehehe
true but there has been some times when barry juniors been proper nasty to the cyber kids but i think its all chilled out a bit now. do u still go there much i havnt bin since oakey im missin the place so much

wow *scratches his head* jesus u musta spent all week writing that novel I had the shti ripped out of me for wearing cyber there... was one of the things that really put me off shack, I was never refused entry though they'd just wait till I as inside and tease me till I cried

barry jr did used 2 b a proper cunt bout glowsticks n stuff, aint the same kind of aggro ne more however there are less cyber kids there now. the door staff can b absolute twats aswell a lad i know got a kickin cos the bouncers "thought" he was a dealer, another mate had money taken off him while being searched. i hav also had trouble of random peolpe in there, such as gettin spat on. hardly done a gud job of sellin the club there, but most of the people are sound as fuck. after praisin the shack i have now decided i hate it... went to fergie and he was completely and utterly shit (not the clubs fault like) it was soooo full, and chocka block with total pissheads the bouncers were on top form bein proper cunts doin random search' follwed by bouts of kickin the shit out of people (nice ey?) it cost £12 to get in for 4 hours!!!!!! but worst of all was the heat...i'm really suprised that more people do not die in there cos of the heat...have the Faulkners not heard of air conditioning?!?!?! it was a fuckin joke! at times breathin was a struggle! sugarshack used to be my home...been there so many times and enjoyed every single one of em but after fergie goin back is not sumit i'd consider...
