Had it a couple of weeks now, and must say I'm quite impressed!! Slight similarities to Libertines/Babyshambles in my opinion, no wonder Doherty's supported them since they emerged.

Can't wait to see them on the 5th!

    The View are aweful.

There are far too many bands out now that are excactly the same as each other. They have all follwed the Arctic Monkeys trend of over-emphasising their accents when they sing. It's really boring the tits off me.

    Are you high on meth?

Correct me if i'm wrong but aren't these broad scottish? yet there's no apparent twang in their songs in my opinion.

if i'm wrong then i'm sure i'll be correct by eyeball or someone like that.

alright album so far, kind of overshadowed by the arrival of long blondes though. top drawer.

    Good album!

Me mate was chatting to the singer outside of a gig in Manchester last year and he said he's a proper little Doherty wannabe.

Yes, yes I am. I'm high on meth:rolleyes:

Yeah they are from Scotland but they still put on an accent when they're singing which is VERY similar to every other new band coming out at the moment, and the sound has became really boring really quickly.

The sound was good at first...I got really into the Kooks and the Arctic Monkeys when they first came out but now every band is doing exactly the same thing.

The View, The Holloways, The Fratellis, The Long Blondes, etc, etc...they're all shite.
