...and wonder if its just the dehydration that causes early and mid-week stupidity, like forgetting ppl's names and stuff. These days I drink loads of water after a night out and feel loads better and sharper for it, specially tuesdays/wednesdays/thursdays!

i am definatley going to stop drinking coke, ive heard loads of stuff like this about it, i think it's time to stop.

as for water - i drink lots of water im never without a glass (tho often with juice in these days) but it dont seem to help the midweek stupidity thing still, it does make me feel better after a night out

i don't just speak for myself here when i say i smoke, drink and generally abuse my body on a regular, if not daily basis. i get hardly any excercise, actually i get none and i'm about as fit as mo mowlam.

for all those who smoke, are you really that bothered about a little phosporic acid when theres thousands of chemicals goin into your lungs everyday, clogging up the pores with black greasy tar?

the average adult needs to drink 2 litres of water per day. only 1 in 10 does this. drinking a cup of tea or coffee will negate four of these glasses of water.

i used to drink a 2litre bottle a day often, plus a few cups of coffee... in the end i was gettin really bad headaches cut right down on the coke, had a few days of bad headaches but then it went... caffeine addiction aint good... i hardly drink coke / coffee now, and when i do i get a nice caffeine rush
