that single handedly ruined barclays outbound department and has probably cost decent hard working people a few thousand pounds per year in bonus
whether justified or not it has ruined barclays reputation. making our jobs alot harder. you emptied ya box yet?
It's not always the sales staffs fault though in fairness. I've worked in retail myself and the pressure can be ridiculous. My mate from uni works there and was shown without being blurred out last night! He is now the face of the Barclays conmen! Getting sales now though...that's gona be tough. I missed this though, although one of the other lads on my uni course taped it so will watch it next week!
