Who wants breakbeat upstairs? I put a little post in 'Guest DJs' section about getting breakbeat played at Promise and someone suggested having it upstairs instead of what they play at the moment. What does everyone think to the idea?
Not overly keen on what little breakbeat I have heard, but I haven't really heard enough to make a valid judgement. So not a very useful response at all in fact!
This might have worked better as a "What sort of music would you like upstairs" instead of just your personal music type...................

why? no 1 who likes breat beat would actually come to Promise to hear it anyway, they would go to Traveller... 4:4 beats only for me please keep it as it is...
Maybe they could cahnge it every now n then to make every1 happy? I would like break beat in there but i havnt really been in the always room too much cos i just love the promise room! If u dont want break beat in there, then r there any other suggestions?
Newcastle has a lot of house orientated places that are working because if they wernt why would the best club in newcastle have it in thier back room and no i aint a brown nose house music has been scouted by promise and been seen as a succsesful music in this city.
I say just leave the room alone, its doing fine as it is..... why change a good thing??? its like me mam and her bloody kitchen, it looked alright before she watched Changing Rooms!!! then it started giving her ideas and wanting to change her kitchen look!!!
