Yet Another Virgin Broadband question what times are they capping the speeds again? it's just that my download speeds have took a huge nosedive again :evil: and this has been since about 9pm
yeah, that must be about right for virgin as well - getting 400+ through FTP now, and i was getting around 35-50kbs before 12. offside
Mine Virgin broadband has been spot on lately. I have been getting well over 1mb on occasions. 1.8mb is the record so far, although i do not know how fast my broadband actually is.
im getting 4.2mb from a wireless pc, with a tiscali line with a contention ratio of me + 3 other laptops in the house. thats class
from what i can remember it's throttled between 4pm and midnight weekdays if you go over your daily limit. I'm on a 2mb line and always get around 240Kbs from private trackers.
