I used to love Rockshots as a venue - all dark and seedy with loads of different little areas.
Used to be McDs without a doubt, but now BK have brought out the Big King I'm not so sure. Sticking with McDs I think though.

As it is effectively an abbreviation of isn't it, it has to be init. Thought it was a London term. Perhaps just non-regional slang.
