no, we used to do it in school, the teacher would give us some blue and white tack to stick things on the wall with, anbd instead we would mix it...
technically yes, but if u mix blue n white tack it makes a sort of greeny terquoise coulored tack!
if u mix blue tack and white tack together it makes green tack, genious!!! pink tack would be nice :)
