Awesome.. thats what I was after..
Got my own llist sorted.. actually its more of a timetable.

I'm gonna eat smaller portions though, just to try and shed a few more pounds..

I think the only major problem for me is the fact I don't go to the gym till bout 7.. so by the time I get out I can't eat and I'm normally bloody starving.

Suppose I'm gonna have to find a way round it..

Have a protien shake straight after training, you body will burn it off straight away. Then go home and eat red meat, helps muscle building and boiled rice not fried, will give you some carbs for the next day. Don't eat late in the day, worst thing you can do cos you don't burn it off.

You wont loose weight, but you will loose fat.

Thats what I'm after.. loose the fat.. tone up the rest :)

Been reading up on it for a while now.. gettin tips from magazine etc so I can actually go through with this sort of program..
Another snitch though... I don't do red meat so It looks like chicken is the only way forward..

I'm determined to do this properly and keep it up..

Cheers for the adivce though.. just wanted to make sure what I was supposed to be eating 6 times a day..

Red meat is an important part of a balanced diet, would do you far more good.

Looks like for the first time in my life I'm gonna have to eat steak..

If I'm prepared to give up chocolate etc then it can't be that hard..

    Surely a piss take..

What's wrong with red meat? You can't be a veggie if your eating chicken:spangled:

    I'd think so!

I have packed in smoking so I'm on about 10 apples a day

beer is my only weakness tbh

good luck it's a bastard to stick to, and your always eating. But if you train it's amazing how quick the fat goes.

I'd eat steak everyday if I could. A nice well cooked bit of fillet steak is heaven! The only thing with eating too much of it, is that your body can't get rid of it properly, and you store it. You can die, and actually have a few pounds of it in your body! It's still quite good for you though. Maybe try having a diane sause of something with it if you don't like the taste.

I'm in the gym three times a week, can't do anymore with the g/f + DJ commitments.

think you might be over doing it tbh with a week like that
