    Natwest :up: english only call centres - except they hard sell insurance/health care/life cover/pensions/mortgages whenever u ring to order a new card or something!

    No that does not make you a racist but from my point of view i have not had that problems, i suppose its down to personal experience, sometiume si cant understand a scottish call centre worker but i dont hate them just cos they are scottish, I just dont have a problem with these indian call centres and i think a lot of people do liek pike cos they are rasict for you it may be othert reasons like a bad experience, which i have not had

    Can you not e-mail them?

    I sorted out problems I had with my amazon iPod by e-mailing them, I think I'm right in saying thats based in india too.

    They may not understand the spoken word but they seem better at reading/typing it, they helped me out big style :up:
