    i didnt mean he had a scanner to pick up loads of phone calls i meant that they do.

    Dunno why he had one, to listen to the police radios n stuff :spangled:

    aye too rite...imagine how u'd feel if someone was stealing cash from you! :mad:

    someone at work did it tho & they caught them with pages of credit card details written down & they'd used them all to buy stuff....they were arrested & charged! :up:

    When I used to work at Abbey, they had like a database were you could see every transaction/enquiry you had ever made on any a/c. You could only see what your cashier number had done, but the managers could see anyones. We also had to write down the customer a/c no etc when they came thru as it had to be typed in again and again.

    Couldnt be more diff than at your place Ruth. :spangled: :think: *shudders at memories from that hell hole* :cry: :p

    the noyl time we're allowed to write the details down of a customer is if we're having major problems when ordering....we then have to get their permission 1st & then destroy them as soon as we have done the order!!! :)

    Really??? I wonder how the two are so diff. You would think a bank would be really tight on that?? :think: They get rid of it thru a secure waste company, but theres allsorts of papers with details on lying round in that place. :spangled: Worried now, cos I bank there!! :p
